During the trip, the students attended several sessions at Toulouse Business School, such as "Managing in Europe and European Diversity," "Cross-Cultural and HR Management," and a "Case Study Workshop." The aim of these sessions was to gain nuanced insights into the European Union, distinguishing between misconceptions and realities, and exploring the dynamics of European unity and diversity.

Field trips, including visits to Airbus and other key businesses, provided tangible examples of these concepts in action, allowing students to observe and analyse the practical application of theoretical knowledge in real-world settings. These visits offered a unique opportunity to see firsthand how leading companies in Europe implement HR strategies and manage diverse workforces.

Additionally, the students had the chance to visit Nougalet, a renowned company known for its high-quality confectionery products. This visit provided insights into the HR practices and operational strategies of a successful medium-sized enterprise, further enriching the students' understanding of HRM in various business contexts.

Overall, the trip was a comprehensive learning experience, combining academic sessions with practical fieldwork, and offering students a deeper appreciation of contemporary HRM issues in a global context.
