Located on the southern side of campus, Runnymede 1 & 2 are located near to the Sports Centre, social spaces and quick routes into Egham. Enjoy your own en-suite room in a friendly flat of six to eight students, complete with a shared kitchen.

The letting period for all rooms in Runnymede is 38 weeks for full time undergraduates.
Runnymede 2 Refurbishments
As part of our commitment to enhancing student accommodation, Runnymede 2 will be undergoing refurbishments next year while students are in residence. These upgrades will include brand-new kitchens and en-suites to improve your living experience. To facilitate the work, students will begin the year in an unrefurbished flat and move to a newly refurbished flat partway through the year. We understand that this is a unique situation, and we’ll provide plenty of notice and support to make the transition as smooth as possible. Further details will be shared closer to the time.
