The award recognised our commitment to the highest standards of performance as well as our resilience in the height of the Covid-19 pandemic to deliver high quality standards with a 'service as usual' mentality. At the ceremony, David Berry, Head of Residences, described how the team at Royal Holloway were delighted to receive feedback from Hospitality Assured to guide them on their journey to service excellence.
