Royal Holloway has been short-listed for the College and University Business Officers (CUBO) Award in the “Campus Experience of the Year” category.
Entries were invited that show-cased the success of the whole Commercial Services function, including catering, residential services, conferences and hospitality.
The CUBO Awards committee stated that short-listed institutions exhibited an outstanding overall campus experience across a varied portfolio and a strong performance in delivering an excellent service throughout the year. Demonstration of a clear commitment to cross-team working and collaboration that has made a real difference to students, staff and visitors was also required to be short listed.
Director of Commercial Services, Gillian Almond commented “It is a fantastic achievement for Royal Holloway to be shortlisted for this award. It is testament to the high standards, hard work and dedication of the teams and I am delighted that their efforts have been recognised”.
The winner will be announced in December.
